1. directly collected data

We collect the following data: Your Last name, First name, address, phone number, address email, preferences for buying or renting a property, budget for that property.

If you refuse to provide certain essential data, we may not be able to provide our services. We ask you to provide us with the correct data so that we can provide you with the services you require.

2. indirectly collected data

We may also process data about you from third parties such as certain media (immoweb, vlan, logicimmo, etc.). These are only communicated to us following a request via the forms made available on their respective sites. In this context, your address email or your contact details may be used by You Real Estate for the purposes specified below.

You Real Estate processes your data on the basis of its legitimate interest in the proper functioning of its business and the Site.

For the rest, we only process data that is necessary to achieve the intended purpose. We therefore use your data when necessary:

• To process the data of all persons who have shown an interest in our services, based on the legitimate interest of You Real Estate to keep them informed.
• In the context of the preparation of a contract, its execution or its dissolution.
• To comply with the legal and regulatory requirements to which You Real Estate is subject.

The Data are collected and processed by You Real Estate for the following purposes:

• The provision of the property sales and rental services offered by You Real Estate.
• Optimising your searches when you are on our Site.
• Your information about the services offered by You Real Estate, including the prospecting of new customers.

The information is only for internal use and will therefore never be sold to other natural or legal persons, whether or not they are linked to our company. However, these data may be communicated, at the request of the judicial authorities or police services, without the prior authorisation of the holder.

Third-party companies are required to handle certain data during technical services necessary for the proper execution of You Real Estate services. These manipulations are always carried out, at Last name and on behalf of You Real Estate , which assumes full responsibility for them, on the basis of contracts ensuring the security of your data. Thus, You Real Estate may transfer your data when necessary to :

You Real Estate may also transfer your data in the context of the preparation or execution of its services (e.g. the contact data of a prospective tenant is transmitted to the owner to organise a visit to the property). In such cases, You Real Estate undertakes to communicate only the data that is strictly necessary.

The Data will be kept for as long as is necessary to provide the service requested and accepted by the data holder and for the legal periods required by any regulations to whichagent is subject.

We have appropriate security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your data.

All our employees who have access to your data are bound by a strict duty of confidentiality.

Personal data is only passed on to the staff responsible for processing applications. This data may be communicated to persons outside our agency when necessary (see above).

You have the following rights at all times:

• Right of access to your data: i.e. the right to obtain confirmation from the data controller (i.e. us) as to whether or not the data is being processed and access to the data.
• Right to rectify inaccurate information and to have incomplete data completed.
• The right to have your dataerased when your data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
