1 Directly collected data

We collect the following data: Your surname, first name, address, telephone number, email address, preferences for purchasing or renting a property, budget for this property.

If you refuse to provide certain essential data, we may not be able to provide our services. Please provide us with the correct data so that we can provide you with the best possible service.

2.indirectly collected data

We may also process data concerning you from third parties such as certain media (immoweb, vlan, logicimmo, etc.). This data is only communicated to us following a request via the forms provided on their respective sites. In this context, your e-mail address or contact details may be used by You Real Estate for the purposes specified below.

You Real Estate processes your data on the basis of its legitimate interest in the proper functioning of its business and the Site.

For the rest, we only process data that is essential to achieve the intended purpose. We therefore use your data only when necessary:

• To process the data of all persons who have shown an interest in our services, based on You Real Estate's legitimate interest in keeping them informed.
• In the context of contract preparation, execution or dissolution.
• To meet the legal and regulatory requirements to which You Real Estate is subject.

Data is collected and processed by You Real Estate for the following purposes:

• The provision of real estate sales and rental services offered by You Real Estate.
• Optimization of your searches when you are on our Site.
• Your information about the services offered by You Real Estate, including the prospecting of new customers.

The information is for internal use only and will therefore never be sold to other individuals or legal entities, whether or not they are linked to our company. However, such data may be communicated, at the request of the judicial authorities or the police, without the prior authorization of the holder.

Third-party companies may be required to handle certain data in order to provide the technical services necessary for the proper performance of You Real Estate's services. Such handling is always carried out in the name of and on behalf of You Real Estate, which assumes full responsibility, on the basis of contracts ensuring the security of your data. You Real Estate may transfer your data to :

• External accounting or consulting services.

You Real Estate may also need to transfer your data in order to prepare or carry out its services (e.g. a prospective tenant's contact details are sent to the owner to arrange a viewing of the property). In such cases, You Real Estate undertakes to communicate only the data that is strictly necessary.

The Data will be kept for as long as is necessary to provide the service requested and accepted by the data holder and for the legal periods required by any regulations to which the real estate agent is subject.

We have implemented appropriate security measures to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your data.

All our employees who have access to your data are bound by a strict duty of confidentiality.

Personal data is only passed on to the staff responsible for processing requests. This data may be communicated to persons outside our agency when necessary (see above).

You have the following rights at all times:

• Right of access to your data : In other words, the right to obtain confirmation from the data controller (i.e. us) as to whether or not data is being processed, and access to said data.
• Right of rectification inaccurate information and that incomplete data be completed.
• Right to erasure when your data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected.
• Right to limitation : when the data controller no longer needs the data, but it is still necessary. When such a restriction, which is in principle temporary, is put in place, the data may only be processed, except for storage purposes, with the consent of the data subject or for specific reasons.
• Right to portability : you have the right to obtain the data supplied in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to ask us to transfer this data to another data controller (if the data has been transferred on the basis of a contract or, where applicable, on the basis of your consent).
• Right to object : You have the right to object to the processing and, in any case, to object to receiving commercial information.
